"spec"
luxury home in the Thorpe Creek development by Precedent,
located in Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana.
The new house has 6,755 square feet on three levels. It, is located on
Lot 245 in Thorpe Creek,
which is just northeast of Indianapolis. Thorpe Creek, among the
most exquisite custom home neighborhoods in Hamilton County, is located
on 126th Street, one mile east of Olio Road.
A spec (short for speculation) home is built at the contractor's
expense in anticipation of selling it to a new home buyer. The spec
home allows Madison Custom Homes Inc. to showcase the quality and
features of the luxury houses it builds. It also provides an
inventory to offer to a prospective home buyer in need of a
residence quickly.
