Since 2004, Madison Custom Homes Inc. has built unique new houses homes in Central Indiana costing from $300,000 to over $850,000.

All homes we build under Program 1 include several warranties that cover various aspects of the property for a specific length of time:

1. Up to one year on drywall for settlement, cracks or screw / nail pops. Any drywall problems will be addressed and corrected at that time.
    
2. Two years of coverage on everything else, except landscaping
    
3. Landscaping warranty may be available through the landscape sub-contractor
    
4. Four-year roof protection
    
5. 10-year structural warranty
    
6. Manufacturer warranties that are offered with materials selected
    
7. Extended warranties are available
    

Homes we build under Program 2 include sub-contractors' one year warranties and any manufacturer's warranty. Madison Custom Homes does not provide any additional warranties under Program 2, but we will assists our clients with sub-contractor warranty issues if needed.
